O Christmas tree, o Christmas tree
How loyal are your leaves/needles!
You're green not only in the summertime,
No, also in winter when it snows.
O Christmas tree, o Christmas tree
How loyal are your leaves/needles!
O Christmas tree, o Christmas tree
You can please me very much!
How often has not at Christmas time
A tree like you given me such joy!
O Christmas tree, o Christmas tree,
You can please me very much!
O Christmas tree, o Christmas tree
Your dress wants to teach me something:
Your hope and durability
Provide comfort and strength at any time.
O Christmas tree, o Christmas tree,
That's what your dress should teach me.

Those bad kitties. I'm glad you got pictures. I am also glad that you let them tear it down. What will you do when it is decorated? Things could really get ugly. But that is all part of Christmas. Keep yourself on an even keel. Love to you with hugs and kisses from MOM.
That is a "Charlie Brown" tree if I have ever seen one!!!!! You need to lock those cats in the closet during the Christmas season, just throw the food under the door!
I'm with Denise... that is a Charlie Brown tree. Do you have a higher part of the house you could display it on... say, the roof?
Cat,
My guess is that BO is the culprit in the last picture -- or is it BUTTONS?? I forgot who the "worst little kitty in the world is..." to quote you -- oops, I let the secret out--sorry! Hey, speaking of SORRY, did you know that every time Glenn Beck says 'sorry' he says "Suri" -- as a mildly mocking tease to the name of that adorable baby, Suri Cruise -- c'mon Mr. and Mrs. Cruise -- couldn't you have named her Madison or Olivia Rose or something????? But SURI????? I will always picture her as an asian 'taxi' driver. Four thumbs down for the name selection. I do however, wish Tom and Kate a blessed, happy and prosperous future -- true fidelity and faithfulness to one another FOREVER, oh yea, and most of all, I sincerely pray that you find Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior--Amen? Amen. I beLEEVE it! --Laurel
I picture Suri with fringe on top.
Cathern: I'll trade you our big tree for your tree. I have always loved CB ChristX Trees. My favorite tree we ever had was Jillian's first Christmas tree in 1988. It was about the size of yours minus the living ornaments.
Catherine, I just love seeing the pictures and reading the comments from family and friends. It always brings a huge smile on my face. It makes me feel so close to you guys even though we haven't seen each other in 15 yrs. Thank you for your diligence in updating. Hello to all the Hanna family!!!!
Your Christmas tree - undecorated and fallen over - is what we expect this year. Last year our cats were kittens and many ornaments were broken. Now they are 1 yr and 2 mo old, we are wondering if we should leave our tree undecorated for a few days and see what they do. We too have an artificial tree and I believe it will be toppled also, considering their size. Haven't yet decided.
Our trip to Colarado to see Duane was awesome. He and Dad and Dad's girlfriend loved the pictures you sent. It was nice to bring back some happy memories. Trevor wasn't able to join us up there, but seeing the pictures, it brought good memories as well. Remember the song they sang about "donuts"?
Well gotta get back to work. Keep the pictures/comments coming.
Oh, do you remember in Bible school the older gentlemen that paid for all your meals that year to help you gain to 100 pds and then promised to buy you a new wardrobe if you met your goal. Wonder where he is now? I know he was 70 (I think) then. Maybe he can influence from heaven someone to carry out his promise. Wouldn't that be cool.
Talk to you soon.
