Shop Hop

I was looking at my blogspot profile and I realized that maybe I should spend some time blogging about my "interests". So today I will talk about my involvment with the Piecemakers by the Bay Quilt Guild of Rockport.

Recently we went on a "Shop Hop" traveling from quilt store to quilt store by charter bus. We started in Rockport at Golden Needles then loaded the bus and headed north to Port Lavaca, then on Blessing and back south to Victoria, TX.

I am the guild treasurer and somehow that translates bus stewardess, as I had to take up lunch money, pass out gift bags and administer cookies during the trip. I had a great time with these good friends.

I enjoyed so much looking at your pictures of the Quilting Bus Trip, as well as you entertaining narratiave. Did you get to go to that quilting shop in (was it Markham?) that was always closed. I'm talking about the one you and I went to that was closed. Was that Blessing? Anyway I thoroughly enjoyed the blog. I am glad you got to take a nap. Do you agree with Sue that you look like me? I don't really see it but I am completely flattered. Keep blogging. Your public waits with baited breath for the next one.

Gweema,
No, I don't see it. I think I look like Dad and Glory looks like you.
Maybe that should be the topic of a future post. :)
